Each Wiley Open Access journal is editorially independent with its own Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board who undertake editorial decisions on submitted manuscripts for their journal. Authors can directly submit their manuscript for review and have it peer reviewed by the journal’s prestigious Editorial Board. Following rejection from another journal, authors submitting to a Wiley Open Access journal that participates in the 'Manscript Transfer Program' can choose to make use of this service to ensure rapid handling of their manuscript.
